MY STORY

Hi, I'm Heidi Schlipf.

I'm a mother of two, a wife of 20 years, a trauma survivor, and a recovered alcoholic. I got sober in January of 2021 and I'm damn excited to help other women overcome their addiction and lead a fulfilling life of long-term sobriety.

I know what it's like to feel like you're drowning in your addiction. I know the fear, the anxiety, the self-doubt, the embarrassment, the shame, the guilt, being afraid of relapse & not knowing a life outside of alcohol. I know what it's like to feel like you're the only one who's ever felt this way.

But I'm here to tell you that you're not alone. There are other women out there who have been where you are and who have found their way to sobriety. I'm one of them.

I'm not here to sugarcoat things. Recovery is hard work. But it's also the most rewarding thing I've ever done. I've found my strength, my resilience, and my purpose. I'm living a life I never thought possible.

But I'm not going to do it for you. You have to make the choices. You have to put in the work. I AM here to help you every step of the way.
